Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
We represent individuals who have been charged with operating a motor vehicle or a boat while under the influence of alcohol or other controlled substances. We will handle the administrative proceeding governing suspension or revocation of your license, in addition to the criminal prosecution. Alcohol-Related Offenses
We aggressively advocate for individuals, including minors, who have been charged with alcohol-related offenses, including minors in possession, as well as violation of open container laws. We work closely with many students from the College of Charleston and offer a discount to students who have been charged with alcohol-related crimes. Drug Crimes
We protect the rights of people who have been charged with violating South Carolina's drug laws, including persons charged with possession of controlled substances; the sale, distribution or trafficking of illegal drugs; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
